FastRyders is a tech-based logistics company situated in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are situated in the capital of Lagos state, Nigeria.

How easy is it to book on FastRyders Mobile App?

To book on our users’ app is as simple as ABC. First, download the FastRyders app , sign up, and get started. Fill in your delivery details, confirm your order, and get matched with a rider. Get to know the status of your order in real time via the app.



How long does it take to deliver with FastRyders?

The delivery time depends on the estimated time calculated by the app. We ensure that pick-ups and drop-offs are done at the estimated time on the app.

How can I book a delivery?

Orders can be booked through the FastRyders app, Whatsapp, and Telegram chatbot.

Do you offer same-day delivery or express delivery services?

Yes, we do instant delivery services. We also offer scheduled delivery services

Can I request a specific delivery time or date?

Yes, through the schedule delivery feature of the app. Click on the schedule delivery option on the app home page. Fill in the necessary information for your order including the date and time that you would like the trip to take place.

Do you accept payment on delivery?

Yes, we do accept this payment option. We accept various payment options including wallets, bank transfers, and cash.

Can a rider pick up packages at two or more locations?

The Fastryders app allows multiple pick-up locations and various drop-off locations.

Do you deliver food?

Yes, we deliver food within Lagos

What are your delivery rates?

Delivery rates are calculated based on the distance between your pick-up and drop-off location.

What are the benefits of using the merchant platform?

The merchant platform is designed to give your business the ease that it needs. Cut costs and provide your customers with a fast and efficient delivery service by FastRyders.

How do I qualify as a merchant?

To qualify as a merchant, you need a  minimum of 10 daily orders, then special pricing could be tailored to meet your business needs.

What are your operating hours?

Our riders are always available on the App to pick up your orders. However, if you’re unable to book an instant order, meaning there’s no rider on your axis, you can use the schedule delivery option.  If you’re still experiencing challenges finding a rider, reach out to our  Customer Support Team

How do I escalate issues?

Our customer success team is available from 8 am to 6 pm on Mondays to Sundays on Whatsapp and phone calls, to make sure you have a hassle-free delivery service. You can also send a mail to support@fastryders.com 

Do you offer interstate deliveries?

No, we currently deliver to all locations in Lagos. Sign up to know when we begin interstates deliveries.

I tried signing up on the app but I couldn't get an OTP. What do I do?

Firstly, make sure you entered the correct phone number. Then, Re-launch the app and request for an OTP again. If the problem persists, kindly contact our  Customer Care Team, or mail us at support@fastryders.com 

I am a logistics business owner, how do I manage my operations?

You can manage your operations by onboarding on the fleet management platform.

How many vehicles/bikes do I need to own to access the fleet management platform?

A minimum of three vehicles /bikes are to be onboarded on the fleet management platform. For more information, reach out to the customer support team or send a mail to support@fastryders.com
