If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Financial data regarding logistics/delivery services provided to customers will be stored for three (3) years after the last delivery. Delivery history data and the data about usage of logistics/delivery services will be stored for two (2) years, after which the data will be anonymized. Retention policy is currently set to be 10yrs but at volume grows, the size of data generated and retain would be re-evaluated. Proper archiving of relevant data would be made whilst others would be properly destroyed.

We do not intend sharing or selling customer’s information i.e. customer name, phone number, email address, card information, address or favourite address nor transaction history would be sharing with third-parties. However, analysis, chats and other analytics deductions draw from these information could be share without comprising the integrity of customer’s privacy.
