FastRyders securely stores your data in our database powered by our cloud Service: Digital Ocean Server. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active customer account. If your account is closed, personal data will be deleted, unless such data is still required to meet any legal obligation, or for accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Financial data regarding logistics/delivery services provided to customers will be stored for three (3) years after the last delivery. Data required for other accounting purposes will be stored for ten (10) years after the last delivery. In the event of a suspected criminal offense, fraudulent activity or false information having been provided, the data will be stored for up to 10 years. In case of payment disputes, data will be retained until the claim is satisfied or the expiry date of such claims.
Delivery history data and the data about usage of logistics/delivery services will be stored for two (2) years, after which the data will be anonymized. Retention policy is currently set to be 10yrs but at volume grows, the size of data generated and retain would be re-evaluated. Proper archiving of relevant data would be made whilst others would be properly destroyed.
